My nieces and nephew
Lucas did a great job of picking up eggs and throwing them in his basket
Walking over to visit Aidan
Hunting for eggs over at the other grand parent's house
Playing with his lawn mower from Uncle Adam
We had a fantastic Easter. Lots of good food and good times hunting for eggs. On Saturday when we went outside with my family I saw a toad sitting in the lawn. I took a picture (only to realize that he was pooping so I'm not posting it). I know it's not the same thing, but my little froggy came to visit us during Easter. It was very bittersweet. My parents could tell how much it affected me and my mom came up and say "He came to visit". I didn't have any break downs this holiday. Of course I lot about Aidan a lot, but I really enjoyed Easter this year. Lucas had fun hunting for eggs.

I stumbled across your blog after googling for the name 'Aidan Christopher'. I also had a son called Aidan Christopher who was born on the 6th of March 2012. I had a problem free pregnancy and birth, and Aidan was born healthy and seemingly fine. He passed away just two days after he was born, after being diagnosed with a urea cycle disorder which caused him to become very ill very quickly. I just wanted to tell you how much reading your blog has helped me in the past month after losing my beautiful baby boy. I am so very sorry that your Aidan Christopher is not growing up alongside your beautiful little boy, Lucas. I haven't been able to imagine 'moving on' or 'getting on with life' without my Aidan, but your blog has shown me that you don't have to 'move on', but that you can eventually let life grow around your loss. Thank you for sharing your stories, you've helped me more than you can imagine.
